This was my very first facial and I felt really at ease. The beautician was super nice and her treatment was incredibly relaxing. My skin felt soooo smooth afterwards! Really recommend it

The actual massage started 15 minutes late and finished on time, so was only actually 45 minutes. It also felt like she kept zoning out. She would constantly slow down and basically stop and I had to ask 4 or 5 times for more pressure as it felt more like a light body rub thAn a Swedish massage
