A very affordable cut (£12 for medium dry cut) and flexible to book. But I did not feel in safe hands and had to direct the hairdresser to finish properly in several areas. I was not led to believe that the hairdresser had completed any training.
I had a fairly simple hair cut so it’s not the end of the word but I think I will need to book another one in a few weeks.

terrible massage, booked 1h, had less than 50min. Therapists looked bothered that I even made a booking.

The staff are lovely and polite, the haircut was good, but the colour I wanted was not what I received and therefore I won’t be returning back
