They were half an hour late for the booking and the vibe in the salon was not particularly warm, inviting or relaxing.
The full body massage by Sheeba was incredible! So if more effort made on customer service could be higher score!

The treatment was good but the venue was a bit run down. The beautician took a lot of care and was very pleasant, but I think the lack of light in the room meant that she couldn't be as thorough as other microdermabrasion treatments I've had.
