Second time I've been here for a back wax. Basic setup etc which is fine for me as I don't like paying extra to be in a fancy place when all I'm there for is a quick back wax. Staff were polite and the treatment was good. I was left waiting for a bit, but as soon as someone noticed I was waiting they went to get the appropriate person.
