The woman almost burnt my hair as they do not deal with type 3b hair and made me pay £15 more because of my hair type and how curly it is. They need to state on the website that they don’t know how to deal with curly hair.

sorry to say I had a bad experience. From the start I was asked for more money than was expected- tried to charge me for toner twice! highlights were ok at the ends but the roots were awful. Striped and not close to root. Pay more and go elsewhere
