Really rude when I walked in, I said I had booked an appt and the lady didn’t know anything about it, then said I had booked a girls haircut, which I hadn’t. I had booked a ladies cut and blow dry, I started to show her my booking, she goes come back in 1 hour but no blow dry. I said I can’t leave with wet hair. I came back in one hour. She rushed the cut in 20 minutes, rush drying it. I went home to find, one side was longer than the other. I was so upset.

She knows I can’t handle the pain very well so she is really great at chatting to me to distract me. She does it nice and quickly even though she still takes care and makes sure she does the job well. I used to be too awkward to get hollywoods but now I’ve been going to Aalia for almost a year now. A very good service.
