For the price paid it was not very professional. The aesthetician was nice but not talking very much to me and talking in another language with her family and colleagues that were on the side of the wall whilst waxing me. When entering the room she dropped my top on the floor and did not pick it up. She was a bit late for valid personal reason which I had no problem with but it felt like she was rushing to finish as a result of it which did not seem very fair on me. Overall job done though so ok
