The staff were friendly but I’m not sure how experienced the lady who cut my hair was, she didn’t ask me much about what I wanted and I was not shown the back of my hair before I left. I appreciate they took the time to dry it curly (for an evening event) but the hairdryer kept cutting out and it wasn’t a very relaxing experience.

Really great head massage. Very relaxing, would deffo recommend. Only thing that could’ve been done to improve was to have music on in the background as noise from outside was quite loud.
