The wax room was very dirty with flies flying around. Roma was not a good waxer, wax strip kept breaking when i told her she needs to wait for the wax to cool before pulling she ignored me. Would not recommend.

Once I had a closer look after getting home, I was disappointed. Lashes all wonky. Brows left thick with stray hairs. They were over half an hour late and another customer was complaining her wax had been poor and late too. Won't be back
