Short notice booking on my part but they were very accommodating and I didn't feel rushed although I know they had other appointments. With so many places that are only able to accommodate women, it's great to know there's a unisex masseuse* so close to where I live. Looking forward to the next one, as there'll no doubt be a better understanding in terms of what areas need more work.
*they also do pedicures and manicures for men, so I'll be booking those in at some point too.

2 of the staff members were extremely rude. The staff member doing my nails was very rough and didn't even attempt to clean up my cuticles whilst doing my acrylics. I was left alone for 20 minutes whilst she was on her phone. The dried nails polish has air bubbles on it.
Overall not happy with the service or the end result.

Today was my first visit to Diva and I was very pleased with the results of my manicure. The beauticians were really nice and professional, and attended efficiently to all the customers. I went for a polish manicure in bright red and it looks great; I especially love how the lady who did my nails shaped the cuticles. When I think of how awful they looked before, the transformation is like magic! I'll be back for sure :)
