Clean, bright salon with a reassuringly busy vibe - the manager was personable and warm, but she clearly didn’t have anyone else who could handle the incoming appointments and walk-ins, so kept having to dash off to answer the phone or assign other clients. The gel removal process also happened to be done by a different lady who honestly never spoke a single word to me or made any eye contact during the whole process - not offensive or anything, just quite unnerving! She then left me for quite a while to soak off, after which the manager took over. It was a much more pleasant experience after that! Loads of colour choices, and all OPI if that’s important to you. Nails look quite nice now, if a bit uneven around the cuticles.
