staff were so helpful and it was an effective treatment- could do more e.g. head massage or something when they leave the mask on for 10-15 minutes

I went for a gel manicure. When I arrived staff were very friendly but the treatment was absolutely terrible. I had requested a dark red colour and, due to inconsistencies with their application, some ended up very thin and pale red where others were dark red and patchy. I complained about this and, without consulting me, they removed the colour from my thumb and replaced it with a different red - they didn’t do this for the rest of my nails and did not ask me about this. At the end, the top coat was applied inconsistently. In all, I came out with an issue on every single nail. I had three different members of staff work on my nails during my appointment and although they offered to remove it for free, I went elsewhere the next day to get them removed because I was that unhappy with them.
