Greeted by staff wearing no PPE.
Room was covered in wax over the wall and floor.
Nowhere to leave belongings.
Staff member who has done the wax has been so hard and persistant with the wax even on intimate area Ive been left with underskin blood blisters and broken skin. Patches of hair has been left. Staff member then tells me she doesnt do waxing but short staffed so she has done. I suspect she was not qualified given the state of my legs and intimate area after waxing.

Dimples honestly gives the best wax! I had lockdown growth and went back to removal cream during lockdown, so the hairs were coarse. But dimples was quick and attentive.
