I had pre booked for an ear piercing and paid to turn up to the salon, for it to be completely empty the place is closed. I have emailed treatwell regarding my refund and still waiting!.

Wow! I had a Bridal Facial by Dimple’s today and a hair treatment. My skin feels fantastic and my hair feels luxurious. Very polite lady, friendly & easy to have a chat with! Highly recommended, do not hesitate to book x

Don’t trust the reviews. I went for a Hollywood wax, sat in the waiting room and was told to wait 5 minutes for the wax to warm. The lady then started threading (who I felt was her coworker/friends) eyebrows. 15 mins after my appointment time I asked what the hold up was. She then said it will be an extra 25 minute wait?! I complained and got seen. Wax was terrible, extremely sore, patchy. And instead of cooling lotion she rubbed perfumed massage oil?!
