Firstly the beautician did not cover her face with the mask properly (it was under her nose). Secondly she tore the hairs from under my arms so that they were not removed by the root but torn away. It was very painful.

Got there only to be told they couldn’t complete my service as the beauty therapist wasn’t in. So came all the way for nothing; and the staff were less than helpful - wish I looked on Google reviews before booking!

Hygiene is a problem. Tools that were used on me were just sitting around. After use they were just rinsed under the tap with water for the next person. The basin was not cleaned properly. It had soap or cream in it from previous pedicure.
I had to ask the therapist to wear her mask correctly and cover her nose.
Somebody in the salon at the same time as me was getting her eyebrows threaded and the woman doing it had her mask down and using her mouth to move the thread.
