Hygiene is a problem. Tools that were used on me were just sitting around. After use they were just rinsed under the tap with water for the next person. The basin was not cleaned properly. It had soap or cream in it from previous pedicure.
I had to ask the therapist to wear her mask correctly and cover her nose.
Somebody in the salon at the same time as me was getting her eyebrows threaded and the woman doing it had her mask down and using her mouth to move the thread.

Prices were different to advertised on treatwell. Hygiene is a serious issue- pedicure tools were used on me then the next customer without being sanitised. Top coat used for manicure has issues as my nails have bubbles all over them and are lumpy. The staff were lovely, I cant fault them but the overall quality of the salon treatments were pretty poor.
