When I arrived there was someone else having their nails done so my appointment didn't start til 30mins after the time I had booked for. This isn't the first time I have been double booked or have had to wait 30mins + for a pre booked appointment. Just allow a lot of time when attending appointments.
The mani and pedi were ok but not as thorough as I would get elsewhere.

Lovely haircut, team always so friendly, felt very safe in the current situation with PPE being worn and cleanliness in the salon. As always a pleasant experience
