It was great. However I was 20 min late and while I understand if they're upset and needing to rush through the appointment through to the next one, I asked Jan if she could skip using the brush on my hair to save time and I don't think the comms were clear, because she did still do half head before I repeated the point. At the end I just wanted my side fringe corrected before I left, got a charged
