Arrived on time, offered a drink by the junior. This arrived as asked. No real chit chat and I was the only customer. I had to wait quite a few minutes for my stylist as she had to pop, this was explained to me, but I was surprised as I had been phoned earlier about a question I had asked. So although a new customer it was clear I thought that I was keeping my appointment. However once the stylist arrived she was very professional, asked my many questions and I am very happy with the service and have booked another appointment.
