The salon isn’t that clean, there was old plastic bags in the corner and used razors on the sink. The heating was off. My legs done ok, but I have fine blonde hair and epilate them regularly. My armpits were not fully done and there was still hair there. The therapist was in a rush. I had to epilate 2 days later. I requested hot wax instead of strip wax for Hollywood and paid for it upfront. I told her I’m sensitive and had bad reaction before. She still used strip was and injured me.
