Hi there, I just came back from having the Hollywood wax and face wax. And unfortunately the area I told the lady that really needed waxing (chin) before she interrupted me saying it would get done, didn’t, in fact, get done. I’ve had to comeback home to pluck them out which is a ridiculous thing to do right after paying for a waxing service specifically for this area. She seemed like she was in a massive rush so I don’t think she checked properly. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
