Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. The salon didn’t seem very clean the floor was visibly dirty. The Hollywood wax felt extremely rushed, with little care or attention. The same areas were waxed repeatedly, leaving me sore, irritated, and with spots afterwards. Overall, I felt like the focus was on getting the appointment done quickly rather than providing good customer care. I wouldn’t return.
