Terrible experience. She waxed over the same spot multiple times with strip wax and when I got home I was very red, swollen and stinging. Given its an intimate area it was very sore! Two days later the whole top layer of skin flaked off.

I have sensitive skin which I told the staff, to then have my wax be too hot, which I also said, and end up with burns. This caused me a lot of pain and left my skin very sore, blistering and bleeding. She kept waxing the same area. Never going back.
