Really didn’t have a good experience here - booked for an hour long facial and ended up with a 20m session which was not as described at all. The treatment was discussed with me, but it wasn’t clear the duration was going to be so short. I paid £50 for a service I did not receive and feel slightly misled. It’s a shame as the space is so highly rated, but didn’t stack up at this time.
