I booked a £20 patch test for skin rejuvenation. Firstly they did not have my booking. (i think short of staff). Secondly I was told patch tests are free. So a big error on Treatwell’s & Dermadoc’s fault. Do not book it.

It was my 2nd time at the clinic, 1st one was great, this time they didn’t check their inbox (I booked 4 days in advance via Treatwell), so when I arrived they didn’t have me in the system, offered me to re-book the appointment. They were friendly. When I said I booked via Treatwell, they immediately knew what happened, so this clearly wasn’t the first time. It was disappointing as I am busy and ended up losing hour of my time that I won’t get back. Better to call them to confirm the appointment
