My hair looks beautiful and the quality of the service was excellent. My only shock was with the price, al lot of more that it was advertised online. The hairdresser explained me that I required more treatment than the usual because my hair absorbed a lot of the keratina. I'm fine with that, is just that I weren't prepared to pay that much. Nevertheless , I'm happy with the results and I'm definitely will come back for another apooitment with Donna.

I had my Brazilian Blow dry done by Donna. She was professional throughout the whole procedure. The procure was long but the result was worth it. I would recommend Donna and her treatment . Excellent job, Donna.

I have been with Donna for years now. Most professional hairdresser I have met in a long time. Donna really knows what she is doing from hair cuts to sow ins. If you want someone who really understands how to do hair and weave Donna is your lady.
Excellent customer service. Never lets me down always willing to book appointments even last minute or late to fit my work schedule and so lovely to customers. She is a hidden jewel!!

First time visit to Queens Hair and Beauty, and yeah… what service. The salon itself was buzzing, and the staff all appeared friendly and professional. Following a consultation to assess my hair’s suitability for the treatment, which is a revelation itself, as the stylist at the last place, couldn’t even spell the word. Anyway, don’t get me started on that one!!
My Keratin treatment was done to perfection by “Queen Donna” herself, as I now call her, and I know that because I did a lot of research beforehand so, wow...my locks were bouncy and shiny, yes that lady certainly knows her stuff. I can say without reservation, I would and do intend to visit Queens Hair and Beauty again and would definitely recommend. Oh and what’s more, icing on the cake… I still had money left in my purse, very competitive pricing. Thank you “Queen D”.
