Spoken to the salon manager to explain this but v unhappy with my haircut here. My issue was more with Claudia and the service received, colour was fine and Valentina was lovely. Felt like the stylists were more interested in getting me in and out quickly to get on with their social lives. I will need my hair recut elsewhere, but I feel like Claudia’s attitude was rude and unprofessional. Nothing has been suggested to rectify. I wanted to support a local business, v disappointing.
