Claudia listened and consulted me on my wishes and reality in a way that is tough to find with haridressers. I have hair that transitions between waves and ringlets, but she handled my wishes exceptionally well and cut only the dead-ends, no more (for anyone who has ever feared more being taken when trying to grow it out!).
