Lovely salon. Had a great time
The venue just opened recently. Their premises are fantastic with new technology which enhance the nice ambiance. The therapist I had was really experienced but unfortunately she was only sent from another shop for the opening, I hope the other therapist will be as experienced as she is. I will come back for a nice and relaxing treatment!
Really friendly staff and meticulous work from the therapist. I spent an hour doing the aromatotherapy massage and Francesca (therapist) really helped me to relax and feel comfortable. I would definitely go back again
I am very disappointed in this spa, even though I had really hoped to like it as it is very close to where I live and they have very good products. I was given early access as a 'VIP special' (though I paid full price for the treatment) on the first day it opened. While the massage itself was quite good (not exceptional), I am very disappointed in the service overall. Firstly, I tried to call the spa several times in order to change my booking to a different day, but no one picked up the phone as it appears they are changing their phone number (I was only told this when I went in for my treatment, at the original time booked, without having been able to change it). Secondly, the massage room was extremely loud and I could hear people talking, laughing and going up and down the stairs, which made it impossible to relax. Thirdly, the shower was not working, so I had to go home to wash off the massage oil after my treatment. Finally, I had to ask for the free gift that Treatwell advertised I should get for booking, rather than being offered it. I was informed that the spa had 'teething problems' but, quite frankly, as a client, I do not really think that's relevant from my perspective.
Amzing loved it
