The spa had only just opened to the public. I had an amazing facial adapted to my needs. Very professional and friendly. No hard sell just suggestions at the end which was nice.

Really helpful staff, great environment and amazing treatment - plus as there was a short delay at the check out they gave me a bunch of fabulous samples which was very thoughtful and appreciated. Definitely coming back again!

lovely new spa, but in the treatment rooms you can hear everything that's going on upstairs (including staff conversations!) which makes it difficult to fully relax, and the lights were left on during my treatment which was odd!
I had a massage from a visiting member of staff which was quite dissapointing and lost 10 mins of treatment to 'relax and cool down' I would have preferred those 10 minutes of treatment I'd paid for...
Overall, lovely spa and I'm sure when the actual staff are in and are fully trained, it will be great! But I'm in no rush to book again.

I was invited to visit the spa on one of the first days of opening. I enjoyed the treatment very much and the staff was lovely.
Now for the not so perfect part. There are several things they still need to fix, the booking system doesn't show the details of the treatments, which meant I had double booked some things that were already included in what I thought would be just a massage. They took some things off and I ended up paying less, exactly for what I received. Problem is that my treatment time was cut short by 40 minutes. This was a special treat from my other half and I felt a bit dissapointed when I left the spa. If I had realised this was happening beforehand, I would have chosen something else to add on.
I do think they should not charge full price when starting up, then I'd have been a lot more forgiving of the little hiccups. Payment took a while to sort out, and I had to ask for my little gift that I was promised. All in all a great treatment with lovely people, but the experience was not worth what I paid for it. Hope they get these things fixed because the facilities are nice and the treatment good.
