Signs for the treatment room would have been helpful, my booking email stated that the treatment room was on the ground floor but you had to actually take an escalator down to the basement. However, when I asked at the Decleor counter, the staff were very helpful and offered to take me to the treatment room. I had a really great deep tissue massage with Hayley- my muscles were tight and painful but now feel much better. I would definitely visit again!
