Loved this treatment. Lola was lovely and really made the experience super relaxing. The treatment is so much more than just a facial, with head, back, hand and arm massage. The products smelled divine and my skin is positively glowing. Definitely recommend.

Nice environment tucked away at the back of the LG floor of House of Fraser. Treatment room was nice and ambient. Lola was great and made me feel at ease really quickly. The massage was the relaxing and at the right pressure. The facial left my skin feeling really clean and fresh. I would definitely return. The only thing I would flag is that the Treatwell booking instructions advised me to go to the ground floor but the treatment room is actually on the lower ground floor.
