I was a little studied when the staff I met at the counter on the g/f was clearly inexperienced and untrained (she looked confused when I said I was there for a treatment) and had no idea where I was supposed to go. Fortunately the ladies at the Murad counter next door helped and have directions to the beauty room downstairs. I enjoyed the massage very much as the ambience was relaxing and the masseuse was strong and skillful.
