Staff were welcoming and friendly. I didn't book to get my nail varnish taken off before but I ran out of time to do it myself, they were fine and took this off for me with no additional charge.
I was getting my nails done for my wedding so wanted something special however they didn't have any samples of colours, just the bottles to look at which were predominantly white with just a little sticker showing the colour. They didn't have a great deal of choice especially for bridal nails. One of the other staff tried out colours on her own nails to show me which was helpful. The manicure itself was quite messy...thick in places and not very neat around some edges.
The other 2 that were with me had just a simple glitter and they however were pleased with theirs.
Really not great.
20 minutes late without explanation or much acknowledgement.
Below average pedicure to the point I’ve just repainted my own nails & am planning to rebook a pedicure elsewhere.

I had a manicure ready for my Christmas Party. Lisa was wonderful and helped me pick the right look to go with my outfit. There was no rushing and I felt very relaxed.
