I booked an appointment with Laura following a bad experience elsewhere. First of all she had a telephone consultation with me so she was aware of my experiences and my concerns. When I arrived at the salon she was so friendly, reassuring and knowledgeable I knew I was in safe hands. The whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable and I am so thrilled with my new style- it has put my self-confidence right back! Thank you Laura, I look forward to my next visit!

Laura was great, I had reservations about getting my hair cut as I had not been outdoors for so long. Laura reassured me, and listened to my needs. It was very difficult for Laura to cut my hair as I went from shoulder length to short, and wearing my mask she couldn't see my face, maybe thats not such a bad thing 😏. I'm very please with my hair and will definitely go back current situation allowing 🙂🙂 Thank you Laura you're the best 👌
