And even though I hadn’t seen Laura in well over a year, she remembered details from my last cut and about me.

I booked an appointment with Laura following a bad experience elsewhere. First of all she had a telephone consultation with me so she was aware of my experiences and my concerns. When I arrived at the salon she was so friendly, reassuring and knowledgeable I knew I was in safe hands.
