The booking system on Treatwell is inaccurate! I received a call from the manager ‘De lady’ to rearrange the time slot or she could squeeze me in alongside another client, which I agreed to as I needed the appointment. I paid for wash n blow dry£30 and a treatment and cut on top £25 £5off as a new client. It took 3hrs20min. Staff where friendly, great hair wash, and did best to accommodate, until the end! I mentioned that the nape of my hair was too long as it hadn’t been cut, De lady said how much do I want off You have to decide? I said “I’m not sure as I can’t see the back of my own head!” she gave me a mirror and I placed my pinky finger at the back thinking roughly, and she literally just cut. Common sense and knowledge as a hairdresser would of estimated how much needed to come off of the nape! The back of my hair is now stupidly short and looks ridiculous!! I had to pay an additional £5 as I had a cut not a trim, Which wasn’t clear from the start.

Impeccable service and my hair looks INCREDIBLE. I was welcomed very warmly, a thorough consultation was done before my keratin treatment and cut to make sure I had the right thing for my hair and I was happy with the length. All parts of the treatment were done with care and professionalism with DeLady making sure I was happy at each stage and knew what was going on. I can’t believe I made it to 30 without going to DeLady Salon even though I only live nearby! I can’t stop touching and looking at my hair. It’s the softest it’s ever felt and I’m getting compliments left right and centre and people are asking me what is my secret! What a gem! I had slightly overpaid which I wouldn’t have known but DeLady also told me that when I first got there and arranged for a refund. Never going anywhere else!

Ok, so I have curly hair and thick hair. Many reasons why you should avoid high street saloons and come to this one: - She is truly a specialist and passionate. She knows everything about your hair, you will have a real hair consultation, she will tell you how to treat your scalp, - She spend time to do it right (not scared of redoing a shampoo if it doesn't have the expected result on your hair, - She knows how to give your hair a proper shape, no need to spend on the super senior consultant to be happy about this, - AND the price is so reasonable, can't do better really. It's the second time I have been there and honestly, I wonder how I bother trying others...
