Don't even know where to start. I would have given - 5* if I could. Girls, if you appreciate hygiene and quality products/procedure PLEASE AVOID THIS VENUE AT ANY COST!!!! The was specialist didn't speak good English to start with. There is no lock on a door, so be always cautious that someone can come in. The wax specialist said she had 15 or 16 years of experience.... Judging by what she was doing, more like 15 or 16 DAYS of experience. The wax itself has a terrible quality, very brittle which was causing me lots of pain as the patch had to be pulled out several times, made my skin even bled a little, which has never happened before and of course, hair hadn't been pulled out but just broke, so it will grow back just like after shaving. After the procedure I was covered in bits of wax like I was into a wax tab. Also a huge hygienic issue : the talc which had been used for obvious reasons has been applied in outrageous way : there is a bowl with it on a table and yes, the cotton pad was new, but imagine that the specialist is mocking it over and over in it! Who knows, maybe there are some hiv or herpes sick girls been there before me, I'll get myself check as I'm really concerned. I have reported about this iss6 into health and safety department. This salon had no right to do the services it is currently providing. Wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy.
