Didn’t have our bookings on their system and had to wait for over an hour. Pedicure and manicure was done quickly and not every step was completed properly.

Didn’t get a friendly greeting but staff were nice once the language barrier was overcome. Salon was clean and tidy. My facial was good, nice products and my skin felt great afterwards. However, my experience was let down by the fact that the treatment door didn’t close, so I could hear all the noise and talking from outside the room and it limited my privacy. Would strongly advise them to fix this and work on customer service.

I went for a Hollywood wax. It was as painfree as it could be. Clean facilities. Lady was very nice.
