Prices don't make sense: £150 even though treatwell says £70 for a perm and £37 for a cut.
On arrival there was nobody in the salon aware of my booking. Nobody explained to me in English what was happening, just told to take a seat
Explained I wanted a loose perm and showed pictures: isn't loose. I was left in the chair for over 30 minutes whilst staff were on their phones
The manager kept coming in and out for photo opportunities which I did not consent to. Unprofessional
