Very upset & disheartened after shellac nail appointment. Been coming here years & always pre-paid for appointments & after last appointment was made to pay extra for shellac removal when I did not have any shellac on. Haven’t had an appointment since May & only had small amount of nail varnish which I tried to explain & felt I had no other option but to pay. Not upset about the amount needed, it’s not expensive but feel disappointed they wouldn’t listen to my point & feel like I won’t be back
