Salon tried to cancel & then kept time. Was rushed through the salon, had my hair washed by 2 people - sat in waiting area. A client was moved from her chair, I sat & had my hair cut, moved to waiting again and then was sat in someone else's chair & had it dried by another stylist. The stylists were brilliant & I have a good cut that was completed in record time. Management needs improving though - don't honour an appointment if you don't have time. Stressful and broke covid cleanliness rules.
