I really liked the colour and the haircut was also nice, the staff were really nice too. I asked Ladan if she could do the highlights closer to the root as I could see how far from the root she was doing them but she said she couldn’t although I’m not sure why. Even though as I said I’m satisfied in general, I’m sad my hair looks like I went to the hairdressers 3 weeks ago instead of 2 days ago because of the size of the dark roots. If they could change this, it would be really good.

Alina is great! Thoughtful and careful, she doesn’t whip through the haircut. Spends time with her clients and will make take time making adjustments. No rush, great style, trust her with your head!
