My appointment was booked towards the end of the day so I didn’t mind waiting for a while as obviously they had things to get ready. However the woman who did my eyebrows was quite rude and didn’t make me feel very welcome. When she was done she just walked away without saying anything and I awkwardly let myself out. Maybe she was tired or wasn’t having a great day but it has put me off going back again unfortunately. As someone who’s quite anxious in new settings, I felt quite judged.
