Kim is very attentive asking about my feelings during the massage and realize my need before I notice! I always thought I have a sensitive back which sometimes feeling itchy when therapist uses her finger to massage me, Kim changes her way with a less pressure and my itchy problem is gone~ I really enjoyed the massage and facial time, will come back for sure.
