I've been going to Dakota for a few months, firstly for Indian head massage, then for help with sudden back pain, then yoga, and finally thought I would try the lot with a mini self care afternoon! Everything has been great. The building is beautiful, the lovely aromatherapy oils greet you at the entrance, the therapy and yoga room is so peaceful (they don't build rooms like that any more), the fireplace and the ceiling are fab. It's worth going there just to see the lift! The massage helped so much with my back, Danielle really knows her body stuff. That's why her yoga is so great too. In the longer part-yin style session on Sundays, Danielle combines mindful poses with her anatomy knowledge, breath work, thought provoking readings, massage, one to one support (the classes are all intentionally small so she can do this) I find the yoga sessions more of a wider 'lesson' to help me to practice in between classes knowing more about the moves and how my body reacts to them. Can't recommend Dakota enough for both massage and yoga. If you are struggling with aches or stress or just want a space to breath, give Danielle a go, she's probably just what you need!

I had the pleasure of having a massage from Danielle and was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I stepped into the serene and beautifully styled studio, I felt at ease.
Throughout the session, Danielle was attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. She took the time to understand my specific needs and tailored the massage accordingly. Her technique was skilled and precise, providing just the right amount of pressure to work out the knots and tension in my muscles (especially a pesky knot in one of my shoulders!)
What sets Danielle apart, however, is her ability to truly connect with her clients. She has a genuine passion for what she does, and it shows in her caring and compassionate approach. I felt heard, understood, and well taken care of during my time with her.
I've also attended her yoga sessions which are great! I'm a beginner and it was not intimidating at all. It's a fun way to spend my lunch hour with a few like minded women.
I'll definitely be back and highly recommend Danielle to anyone needing some bodywork or some time to clear their mind in a tranquil environment.

Danielle is an incredible massage therapist and I would highly recommend her. I’ve noticed that as I get older my body needs some extra TLC to keep it doing what I want it to do. Danielle is highly skilled, knowledgeable and intuitive and always gives it the care and attention it needs. I often book when I’m feeling a bit depleted and always leave feeling replenished and rejuvenated. Her studio is stunning and her hands are magic!! 😊
