As a neurodivergent person, I found the overall environment quite difficult. The decor felt very sparse and unwelcoming, the chair was uncomfortable, and the lighting was extremely harsh, which I struggled with. The music also added to the discomfort.
While Sophie did a lovely job on my nails and I am genuinely pleased with how they look, the experience itself felt awkward and impersonal, with very little interaction. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy the visit and will not be returning.
