Therapist was late and then I was offered waxing instead of the threading I had booked with no apology etc. I was also upsold to about three times. There was training going on in the salon, but the atmosphere didn't feel great.

I didn’t have a good experience here. There were bits of the previous gel left behind and painted over, pock marks where the top coat didn’t fully cover the last layer, the gel didn’t reach the edge and was thick and lumpy. Will not be returning.
