The face massage was soothing but the extraction was quite shockingly light handed. When I left there were still umpteen bumpy white and blackheads in an area of my face I had pointed out to her, which my regular facialist would have made short work of. Very disappointing that I spent £50 on this and now have to shell out £50 more to get someone else to finish the job properly.
