The Covid measures were really reassuring considering it’s a small salon I felt very safe in there. I was so happy they managed to paint my daughters nails while I had my pedicure even though I didn’t book her in. The staff were so friendly and made her feel very special. The staff are all so lovely and friendly. I can’t wait to go back.

This is my first treatment session since the lockdown in 2020- treatment room was downstairs, and arriving customers who asked if they had to be masked and was told it was optional, which made my anxiety sky high. The therapist Beata was excellent. Nothing but praise: she was quick, effective and clean. She went through the procedures in detail, especially with the wait times between steps, and was able to accommodate my special eye shape. She had a mask on throughout.

The appointment with Daisy's nail salon was scheduled on the 15th August which I really looked forward to, when I arrived at around 10:25 there was only one lady who was doing nail with a client, I was asked to take a seat and told it shouldn't be long.
