I was booked for 11am, my "nail expert was working on "an emergency" client when I arrived ... and someone else later started to remove my old gels. My treatment was due to be finished 12.40, I was finally able to leave at 13.45. No proper apology was offered, it wasn't apparently anyone's fault!
As I finally left, I got a text from Treatwell telling me that my appointment was re-scheduled for 11.25! Rather too late!
Sadly, I don't think I will be able to afford the time to go to Daisy again!

Very buzzy friendly nail salon. Lalina is so professional and friendly. I particularly like her attention to detail and her hand painted nail art. She is very thorough and ensures every nail is perfect.
