I booked for extensions and a pedicure. First they refused to do nail art and told me I had to book another day as they had booked people in after me - and left them waiting ages anyway as they were still doing my nails. Then as for the pedicure, they simply filed my nails and cut my cuticles and put the gel on - completely ignoring the basin regularly used for pedicures and instead used it to prop my feet up. Won’t be returning.
